At our practice, you can be treated privately or through your health insurance provider according to the elective doctor principle. For physiotherapy, you will need a referral from your doctor with a diagnosis.
Elective doctor principle
As elective physiotherapists, we do not have a direct contract with health insurance companies. You pay for the therapy yourself first and then submit the invoice to your health insurance company. A large part of the costs is usually reimbursed – please check with your insurance company.
Appointments
You can make appointments by telephone during office hours. You can send us your findings (X-rays, MRIs, etc.) in advance by email so that we can prepare your treatment optimally. No waiting times – your therapy always starts on time!
Cancelling appointments
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or email. Appointments that are not cancelled in time will be considered attended.
